Moon Consulting is an Executive Recruitment and Interim Management company, which specialises in the recruitment of Senior Managers and Directors in the Finance, General Management, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing sectors. We also provide MBI candidates and Non-Executive Directors, and offer succession planning and Human Resource Consultancy.

We have a wide-ranging client base from £1million turnover, owner managed companies to multi-site £billion turnover international and FTSE Listed businesses, as well as partnerships, professional practices and the Not for Profit sector.

We work with a wide range of associates including Corporate Finance boutiques, lawyers, accountants, human resource and outplacement consultants, Venture Capitalists, banks, management consultants and other recruiters, to compliment our services. We run business seminars with many of these advisor firms. Active members of the business community, we regularly network at IOD, CBI and CIPD events. As a result, approximately 75% of our work comes from professional referrals and repeat business.  We also recruit on an International basis, covering Europe, Australia and the Far East.

August 2008 -  New Moon on the horizon.

Moon Consulting are delighted to announce that we are currently going through a re branding exercise, which will mean a new web site and new logo. All this artistic and creative work is being handled by a high profile Bath based design company who not only design brands, but services, websites, printed materials and more. We anticipate the new look will be launched in early autumn.
