Central Government Consulting team

Our client is a major UK listed PLC which has a dominant and enviable market position in the UK and Internationally. They are looking to recruit a number of new Consultants to join their Central Government Consulting team.

These are broad ranging, client facing roles, ranging from working on feasibility studies, programme & project management as well as financial projects such as balanced scorecard reviews & cost reduction projects. Other project areas include performance improvement, bid & proposal reviews, strategic change management & Business process re-engineering.

We are looking for a high level dynamic individuals, with a background either directly in central government or the public sector or exposure via the accountancy profession. We would be particularly interested in qualified accountants for these roles, either joining straight from the profession (Big 4 / Top 20 firm) or from one of the consulting / government areas outlined above. You should also be preferably qualified to Prince 2 level.

This is a fast growth PLC with an excellent track record of project delivery and as such, is able to offer a strong career path within the group. We would also be pleased to speak to Interim Managers / associates seeking longer term assignments within this sector and day rates will reflect this. 

There could be an element of travel with this role, but the client supports a flexible working pattern and a strong work /life balance.   Location is flexible through out the UK. Salary is c£45-80k + car / Allowance + attractive contract rates.
