Due to the upcoming retirement of the current Director, we are now seeking a new head of the organization to lead further development.

 Reporting to the Chair and Board of trustees, this is a high profile role with a well known and established charitable group.

We are seeking applicants who bring a proven track record of career success at a managerial level ideally within the Not for Profit, Voluntary or Charity sector.

You will also need to demonstrate sound commercial and financial acumen, good communication and IT skills and quickly assimilate an understanding of how Gloucestershire Community Foundation sits within the broader Community Foundation movement.
