Our client is a highly successful and established food business which operates in the UK and internationally. They work with a significant number of the multiples and major retailers providing a 24/7 operation.  

This is a sizable business which is growing rapidly, both organically and by acquisition and as such, we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take responsibility for their main UK site. Reporting to the Factory Manager and supervising a small team, you will be responsible for ongoing technical support covering quality, compliance, and food safety. You will also further develop the technical strategy across the site, making sure processes and systems are robust and compliant, covering audit, quality and working closely with associated agencies. Candidates will ideally have prior knowledge of the food and / or drinks industry sector or equivalent and be used to working with high profile clients - being the key contact on site for any issues. The business is based near to Exeter so the client will offer a relocation package for the role.
