Our client is a leading specialist in print, customer relationship management and multi-media communication campaigns. They offer a truly bespoke service to clients covering variable digital printing, contact centre support, integrated solutions and project planning.

They are now seeking a new Director of Quality Assurance to be based in Bristol but with travel to London c2 days per week. This is a broad ranging role but will focus on providing an independent assurance of quality, the management of risk and the framework to provide operational control and audit.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the ability to manage multiple projects involving teams from multiple sites.  We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years Quality Assurance experience within a high volume, operational environment, delivering complex communications solutions. You must have an in depth knowledge of the following accreditations:  ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO12647 and ISO25999 as well as significant experience of:  PCIDSS, EMAS and PAS2020. The role is Bristol based.
