Headed by Brian Frost, Moon Consulting Director, this division brings financial expertise and guidance to businesses on a part-time or full-time interim basis.
Brian is an experienced finance director, having worked and advised clients from start-ups to PLCs. Brian and his team have a track-record of success across most business sectors and provide the following services:

- Preparing of businesses for sale

HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY
This area is headed by Julie Davies, an experienced employment practitioner who offers a highly personal, bespoke and entirely fixed fee HR consultancy service through GingerHR. GingerHR offers a unique and seamless combination of applied HR Management and practised employment law. Their fixed fee services are much sought after by businesses with a need to budget for their HR support and advice.
Julie, a qualified employment lawyer, helps a range of businesses with their people issues, from assisting HR departments with interim or project support to outsourcing their entire HR function. Typical projects include TUPE and transfers, redundancy, outplacement, job profile and evaluation, performance review programmes and legal disputes. She is well known for facilitating senior departures and for helping Boards and management plan their workforce strategies. A recent project has seen Julie performing an off-site Group HR role for a Company with operations in 3 continents.
