Neal's Yard Remedies is an ethical, branded and vertically integrated manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of organic skincare and natural remedies. We have been retained to source a main board Finance Director. Reporting to the MD and leading a team of six, the finance director will be a key member of the leadership team and liaison with advisors and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the financial strategy in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment, exhibiting growth in the UK and internationally; the production of timely and relevant financial information, including statutory accounts and tax returns; maintaining and introducing all necessary controls and processes. In addition you will lead an IT system implementation and manage the IT department.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified, with excellent communication skills, manufacturing or retail experience, and successfully completed an IT project. You will be excited about joining a market leading, value-led, award winning business.
