Moon Consulting has been retained by a number of Corporate Financiers and VC's who specialize in advising Small and Medium Sized businesses.

Their offering ranges from offering MBO / MBI opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, business modeling and securing business finance. We are actively seeking a small number of experienced Managing Directors / CEO’s to work closely with these advisors.

They proactively works with a number of businesses in the SME sector from c£1m to £50m turnover. Clients range broadly in Technology, IT, Retail, Service and FMCG although this portfolio changes all the time. Typically clients are in the following scenario’s :

• Owner managed or privately owned and now have reached a point where they seeking to sell their company 

•  A business looking to bring in new management to join the Board or come in and actively run the business

• A start up where added investment/directorship is required

• Or a business which is going through an MBO and needs to strengthen its’ management team. In terms of track record and profile, ideally candidates will have the following expertise:

• Proven track record of building companies (especially in start ups / SME sector)

• Access to investment funds

• Previous Board level exposure
