A highly commercial and strategic, NED, Managing Director and CFO with a proven track record of driving, developing and delivering profits through new revenue growth, business transformation, organisation restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Highly focused on delivering organisational and cultural change with a passion for leading people. Considerable experience in delivering EBITDA growth and £multimillion corporate funding structures and transactions to drive shareholder value. Recent experience in media businesses transforming to digital advertising and services growth.

 International senior business executive with corporate , B2B  business and consumer goods expertise across a diverse number of sectors, successfully built start up business ventures across Europe and internationally, and has led multi -functional teams to deliver growth across multiple geographies. Highly focused on customer and consumer delivery  with a strong  role in driving innovation to remain market leader in the chosen business segments, with a passion for leading people and enabling them to grow through change is also a key element of the roles held to date. Held Managing Director and Board roles as part of  a larger international corporation running concurrently with the VP responsibility and has good insights into P and L management and cross functional business leadership and governance.

A high profile CEO & NED who has successfully run UK and International businesses with ownership ranging from listed to Private Equity. This innovative hands-on leader has a strong sales background and has consistently delivered transformational business growth in challenging business environments. They brought together three UK businesses into one and transformed this into a highly profitable successful software group with a strong professional services offering, working cross sector from public to private sector, winning significant long term contracts with major blue chips. As a result, turnover then exceeded over £80m.
