Moon Consulting prides itself on our high levels of referrals and repeat business with existing clients. However, this is complimented with our work with new clients. Heber is one such example. Heber is the world's leading manufacturer of embedded and PC reel and video based gaming control systems, headquartered in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Finding a vacancy advertised on Heber's website, Duncan Ledger of our middle management division knew he would be able to help. Les Ashton-Smith of Heber was receptive to our offering and Duncan met with the company three times over as many months so that Moon Consulting got a real and in-depth understanding of Heber's requirements and their culture and values.
We advertised for a Sales and Account Manager, vetted the response and undertook competency based, face to face interviews. John Malin, Head of Sales for Heber commented, "we were extremely impressed with the quality of the three person shortlist, and would have been happy with anyone of them." Moon Consulting oversaw the interview and offer process resulting in the successful placement within 9 weeks of starting the campaign.
