The Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA), the representative body for the UK's small and mid-cap quoted company sector, announces the launch of the QCA Search Service. In partnership with Moon Consulting Ltd, a leading executive search business, the QCA now offers its members in the small and mid-cap quoted company sector a bespoke executive recruitment service for senior UK board directors.

Conducted by Moon Consulting, the QCA Search Service covers mainly board level roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Managing Director, Partner, Human Resource Director, Sales Director, Operations Director and Finance Directors. The service also provides the recruitment of Non-Executive Directors and mentor roles to a variety of companies from pre-IPO businesses to quoted and listed companies. The QCA Search Service manages advertised assignments and confidential search and selection campaigns, all underpinned by a comprehensive contact database.
