Launched in March this year, www.themathsfactor.com is an online maths school aimed at children aged 4 to 12.

Last year Moon Consulting was referred to the fledgling project to find a General Manager who would be able to take the concept to launch and then oversee the expansion and development of the business. A discreet advertising campaign, a search on our database and referral networks lead to a confidential vetting process, from which we successfully introduced Amanda Bell. Amanda, with a background in operational leadership in the aerospace, defence and technology sectors, was looking for a new challenge in her career within an entrepreneurial environment.

A year on, Amanda says:
