We place candidates on long- and short-term assignments in the UK and overseas, all are fully referenced and pre-vetted prior to commencing a campaign. Quite often we have worked with the candidate over many years. The type of role could be a specific project, providing cover whilst the current manager/director is on secondment or a way of seeing best fit into the role (‘temp to perm’ scenario).
