Providing executive level leadership with full accountability for business expansion and growth, and extensive experience across all aspects of business formation, branding, human resources and operations management, and finance. Particular expertise of maximising the digital ecosystem including applications, social and influencer campaigns and digital media programmes. Has advised world-leading companies on strategy, sustainability, political positioning, smart technology and digital transformation. Experience with tech start-ups, in working with government and regulators, and in expanding overseas. A thought leader, comments regularly on digital transformation and give keynotes around the world.  Past Board roles span the commercial, not-for-profit and public sectors.

Has served on the senior leadership team in a number of roles including post-merger integration projects and corporate restructuring programs. An inspirational leader with a strong track record of turning around, and building high-performing teams. Launched a new product portfolio, positioning the organization as a “Leader” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and developing a pipeline of £18m in less than 18 months. A TED-trained international conference speaker with experience of leading CxO customer engagements. Able to deliver strong commercial results through innovative marketing.

Subsequently took on a project to turn around a distressed export-led manufacturing business, which was restructured and saved from insolvency.
